What is the best free service out there for talking to someone internationally via webcam?  Did I mention it has to be free?

Yea, i've heard a lot about skype...Didn't know it offered webcam services though...I'll have to download it and see how it works

MSN, Yahoo, and AOL messengers all have the ability, not sure on quality as I haven't used webcams for several years.
