I just looked at Alamo Car Rentals there.You could rent an economy car there at the airport through Alamo for $35.That would be from Friday afternoon to noon Sunday.You could adjust the times for yourself,but the price shouldn't fluctuate too much.

C-Bass, there are taxis, and rental cars at Port Columbus, I'd suggest just getting the rental car. If you need help in the area just let me know. I live near Columbus, so its really no problem.
