Al Queda declares war on Musharraf

Good thing?  I tend to think so.  The more enemies Al Queda has/makes in the Muslim world, the more 'allies' we'll have.  But if Musharaff gets kicked out of power by a popular uprising and the military backs someone else...we've got another Afghanistan.

If the uprising removed the Pakistani govt. we could tell India that we will be called away from monitoring the area for about 3 weeks so don't do anything naughty. Then really go away and come back a month later. Things might be a bit different then.

Not a new thing - AQ has called for a popular uprising against musharaff before. And Pakistan was already an allie.
