I'm not sure but I think it was Finrus that had huge cities although I'm not sure;  I just remember a map being done about a year ago that was huge with large cities. Probably one of the best maps I've seen in AH. (not for MA use tho)

AHKARELIA.EXE has a pretty good sized city IIRC.

Can't seem to get it to run tho', AH crashes.

Oh that's right, Karelia is slated for rebuild, forgot about that. Porked after TE update, it's in the pipeline.
