ok when a structure is bombed and destroyed how long does it stay down for?
or do u set the down time some where.

Correct me if I am mistaken, yet aren't you asking how to set the downtime?

What I mean by this is hangars usually are down a less amount of time than buildings such as ammo bunkers, fuel bunkers, Radar Towers, etc...

So, once again, are you attempting to ask how much is required to initially cause the object to detonate, and then how much time it stays down?
