All,
Been looking into peddals for the game, as well as a headset. Any recommendations for a no nonsence reliable set of peddals and a headset?

I don't use a headset so can't give you much help there, but as far as the pedals I think you will find that most folks here agree that CH Pro pedals are excellent. AFAIK Provantage has a pretty good price on them....around 100 bux I think.

I went with the Saitek pedals and a $65 Altec Lansing headset I found at Best Buy. Saitek because I have the X-52 pro controller. They work great BTW. Altec Lansing for the mic/speaker combo. Tried other headsets: Plantronics, mic was tinny in game. Logitech, mic was tinny and muffled in game and some sort of Razor $150 headset that I could not use with my PC so they might have been good but don't know. Most of the above $50 headsets have excellent speakers for headsets vs. a set of real headphones, the main difference I saw was the quality of the microphone. Same specs for most but a difference in performance from one brand to the next.  Not sure why.

CH pedals here too, best stuff in the world! This is the HEADSET  I use. Wife likes them too ! no more booming surround sound for her to listen to.   :D
