Not for rank.  Just for points.  Not the adjustable ENY values used for the limiter.  Use the constant values for for the planes.  Maybe use the obj value too.

What I noticed last night in the one sortie I had available was ten cons in one sector that all tried to run when seen. From above they attacked and the went into a guns defense that was barely recognizable as anything but an out of control dive for the deck. I saw cons bail when seen and not even engaged. The lower ones just landed immediately. Its disturbing.
If you like the Sick Puppy Custom Sound Pack the please consider contributing for future updates by sending a months dues to Hitech Creations for account "Chalenge." Every little bit helps.

Yep, when they are in friendly territory a successfully ditch is better than risking a death so they go for it.  At list if HT would disable the ability to end flight from a chute we could have some fun with that but it is all about assisting the gamers now days.

What is the points scored calculation based on? Is it the obj value? Any correlation between that and ENY?

Nope. As said before, OBJ & ENY are only used for perk point purposes.

Basically the Score Points Formula is based upon number of kills & assists and the amount of damage you inflicted on your enemy.

Ah, forgot about the obj's purpose- I'm not much on scores these days. I don't recall when, but at some point I had very high points (compared to my normal scoring), and IIRC I had only flown higher ENY planes. I thought then that perhaps my points were due to flying a lesser plane, but if the points are just damage dealt, that would explain the comparatively high points as well.

Don't forget that your sortie's ending has a huge impact on scorepoints too.
Someone who always fights to his death and never returns to base only gets 1/4th points value.

For ranking purposes however, keep in mind that scorepoints are only 1 of 5 different categories, so if you manage to keep K/D, K/S and K/H high, it doesn't matter that much.

Let me get this straight... You CARE about someone elses score?   Whats up with that????? Suggestion to myself: Don't worry about  scores,  worry about that 190 closing on my 6!

For God's sake man, get over it.

Get into that arena and kill them all, or just shut up.

The new system has been a success if only because the 5th S.O.A.R. is nowhere to be found in top 25 squads:aok

Really, what's wrong with score padding? I know many do it, I do. It helps in many ways. First you get to control CVs. If some noob is doing something stupid with a CV I can take it away. Second, it gets me respect. I can't tell you how many times I've had someone comment on how good I must be to get that high of a rank. And to be honest, I have earned most of it. But if I have a chance to do a little padding, I'll go for it. It especially helps when trying to organize people. They see a good rank and they know I'm good. Lastly, it's kind of a fear tactic, like a mental game. Some guy comes on 200 and talks trash I'll tell him to just look at my rank. That's normally enough to shut him up!
