Back then 1K3 the society was evolving. I quit smoking pot  in 1986. alcoholism took over:rofl . Not realy funny, but pot was messing with my mental health. 42 months in prison convinced me to steer clear of drugs. But I can allways go get bottle of beer.:rofl :aok

The point shouldn't be about whether MJ is a "drug", or it's legal status. It should be about whether MJ is a performance enhancing substance or not.

This has the makings of  a typical 1000 post pot thread. The smarter people on both sides drop out early, and the rest of the "discussion" is... pretty unintelligent.

No, this doesn't really have anything to do with a performance enhancing substance.



It has to do with a handsomehunk violating his contract and immediately losing 6 million dollars.  Legality doesn't matter here.

If you were offered 6 million dollars under which one of the stipulations was that you must never touch puppies, what would you do?

If you sign a contract that says you can't smoke pot, then don't smoke pot.  That was his choice and he got caught.  

Any law that takes away a freedom because some moron can't control himself, is a law that should not be supported by free Americans!

A contract is an agreement between signatories, it is not law.

There is a law which takes away some morons freedom to cross the street against a red light.   It is (probably) viewed as a pretty good law.
