The U.S. according to legal anylists have a case. But as I understand it , they only have a case if they can prove that somehow the eveidence and circumstances involved could have been wrong in the way it was tried if the U.S. .gov would have tried it. Something like that.
I don't believe in this case that the U.S. will win. Texas will probably be held up by the court and he will fry like the lil murdering scumsuking POS that he is.
