We are always looking for more good sticks. Only requriment we have is to be over 18, have mic and willing to learn.
We prefer possible members to fly with us for couple of days to see if they like the squad or not but if people know for fact they want within the first day, and will stay devoted to us pigs then we lessen the time and send the invite
