No engine sounds when running 1 only

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before (hard to search for) but, i've noticed that when you shut down an engine in the P38 (possibly others) that other aircraft cant hear you.  You still hear the 1 running engine but no one else can hear you.

This has been moniterd recently, just not the P38.
