Former Freeloader looking for a squad.
« on: October 16, 2007, 09:20:29 PM »
I'm finally getting the subscription and I figured I'd start by finding a good squad. I'm in NY and only 16. I played about 6 months on H2H so I know a little. I want a squad that partakes in the scenarios (by the way anyone want to save me a bomber slot for DGS this Sat?) and flies LW. A squad that likes doing organized missions and will help me out in DA and TA and show me more about the AH experience.

Preferably flies P47s. (Who doesn't love a nice Jug?) If theres anything I left out please leave a message. I'll probably get the subscription by the end of Friday, not sure of name or what chess piece to fly.

Hook up with the 56th, they got some seruis Jug dweebs over there......

There also more of "organic" squads that are BIG that fly everything such as BoP's, UNFORGIVEN, and the C-Hawks (ofcourse, but i don't know if we're recruiting).

JG11 and JG3 are good squads for seruis German Junkies. The 4FG and 412st Braunco Mustangs are seruis Pony dweebs. 71st Squadron RAF and 71st RAF squadron (yes, there is a diffrence) is a mainly Spitfire group.
(+) Persicion and Pursuit is another good all around squad. VMF-441 Blackjacks a good group for Cv flyers.

There are alot of squads out there.........

EDIT: 332nd Flying Mongrels another Great BIG squad

We are on Saturday nights at 7:PM EST we only fly Knights late ware arena and our CO is Gunston.  Tune Vox 113 and wing up.

You might do well to check out our website at http://www.113thluckystrikes.com  to get a better feel for what we do and how we do it.

The 113th is not for everyone, we only accept team players that demonstrate an adult attitude and judgment.  Our youngest member is 13 and our oldest is 60.

We currently have 11 members, we had originally limited our membership to 10, but have decided to grow the squad to full squadron size of 22 aircraft.

On any night of the week the members can fly what they like, but on squad night  we fly in assigned position as winged pairs with complete mission briefings.  We used the P38 in all of it’s designed roles.
