Fester,
weren't you supposed to try curing your addiction ;)

Don't you guys see that baiting for him and protecting his butt and inciting him to further successes is a BAD BAD thing... at least to us sacrificial lambs flying on the opposite side

50?

Dang!

The most I've landed is 14.  I bombed a CV as a mission was upping on it.  :D

Just makes my 28 i worked so hard for in my corsair look weak by comparison LOL.

Question to all u guys that have ever landed 20 plus numbers, did u have to take a break afterword and go PHEW

After my sorti of 4 re arms and landing 28(plane was intaked and probly could have went quit a bit more) i had to take like a 20 minute break just to recharge, u figure an average of 11-13 kills an hour, your looking at flying for 2-3 hours strait.

Just imagin the stresses put on a real pilot when engaged in their lengthy sorties and dog fights when they actually feel the stress of the gs.

I also find that the teen numbers come relitivly easy but it seems like getting over that magic 20 mark is a doozy, I tend to die with 11, 13,19 quit alot, those definetly my unlucky numbers

I bet u were cheesin ear to ear;), my worst CV experience was when me and my squaddi had 4 hogs and had 8,7 kills together and instead of landing we decide to re arm. we are sitting on runway and all the sudden i look to the right and see a 234 screaming in with bombs already out.

Needless to say I got a first person view of the bombs comming in. Looked pretty spiffy to LOL. especally when we burst into flames.

My squaddie never lets me live that one down LOL

Most I had was 36 or so

But I was also camping a field in an ostwind while the other rooks were working on capturing it (which they did and I landed)

This was back in AH1 BTW

Fester is a class act, an awesome pilot, and a good guy.  He and three other muppets joined JG11 for FSO last night.

The result was JG11 being the highest scoring squad for enemy kills in the frame.  We had an outstandingly fun fight, outnumbered against spit9's and 51's.  We lost three of our nine pilots but eneded up with 13 confirmed enemy kills. Great Job Fester leading the way with 5 scalps.  Sure was a blast.

Nope, I was there with him, he was outside of ack range the whole time.

I'll get flamed for this....

...but...

I do not see the sport in spawn camping a GV spawn point then proclaiming how awesome you are at all the kills you got.  Wow.  You fired one shot kills before the guy ever had his engine started.

Just my view, of course.

I'll gladly take my hat off anyday to those Ostwind folks who can pop a wing off my bird at 2,000 feet up.  That's some darn fine shooting.  Its usually one of those pesky LTAR guys but there's been several others who really make me fly higher over GV groups now!  :)
