I usually buy menthol cigarettes when I have bronchitis. Now there are no good menthol cigs for me. Bought Marlboro menthol. Pure crap. I usually smoke Russian-made XXI Century from Rostov on Don, but they don't make menthols.

Try Belmont (green), much better than marlboro.

LOL I still look at the scar from "pancake cooking incident" :D

Stuffed peppers are not "golubtsy"!!! Фаршированые перцы. Ukrainian food :)

Didn't we we eat stuffed peppers? Pure "male food", just microwave it and add some sour-cream :) Sour-cream is one of the base things in Russian food :)

I smoked for 42 years. I smoked my last ciggarette April 5, 2007. I gained about 20 lbs or a little less. I love to cook and I love to eat. When I go back to exercising I beleive I will be able to get back down to a svelt 200/205.

I loved smoking and I still miss it. I also miss the rattling when I breathed, the numerous sinus infections, the smelly house and car, and what now looks to me like an absurd concern with when am I going to be able to burn another one.

I never realized how much it controled my life until I quit. I highly reccomendo people do the same but it will always be your choice as far as I am concerned.

I quit smoking on August 15, 2006.  I gained about 20 pounds, then I had this wacky, crazy, totally bizarre idea...

"What if I exercised?

Dropped the fat, put on more muscle.  Now (I know this will be hard to believe but), I am even secsier then before.

HHGttG on First channel now and I keep posting here... It's a drug.

If I lived in so-called "free world" where you pay up to 8 dollars for a 20-pack - I could think of quitting. Not here where I pay $0.75 for a pack.

Back in early-90s I was the one guy in my Uni group who didn't quit. It was a matter of self-respect. I smoked deadly French cigs, "humanitarian aid", black cigar tobacco, like Cuban Ligeros. Galouises Coporal (SP?). If French Army smokes this - I wonder why they didn't conquer us back in 1855.

When I used to smoke and had a touch of bronchitis I'd smoke a joint. Now THAT will open you up some.

Ah, nature's wonder plant.

BTW, Salem still makes regular size cigarettes.
