the Mk 76 training bomb weighs about 10 lbs. it was inert, no worries, unless it conks you on the head.

Practice bombs are generally much smaller than live ordnance. The ones
we used way back when looked like a large mortar round.

Oh, and it's a bit late to run if the bomb has impacted
