to you Knights who intercepted our Ki67 mission inbound to pork a couple of your fields on "Uterus" Map tonght. We gave it our best and had fun with it. I bagged a Ta152 and a Pony-D myself before my guns ran dry and I was chased down by a 109. The many 163's of course had a field day with us, I'm sure.

to everyone on both sides. Lots of fun!

Last night I flew about 4 runs against the Bish. All frontline attacks on ords. Nothing against the Bish but often they seem intent on furballing, tho not all the time, and they do run some great NOE missions. I guess last night they had priorities other then a single flight of B-26s raiding their frontline bases.

Then I jumped in KI-67s and flew against the Knits. One thing about the Knits Ive noticed is they dont like bombers and will run them down more often. Last night luck was on my side but Ive had it the other way too. Theres no real dishonor getting sliced and diced by Knits cause they have some really good Buff hunters among them.

I had 2 real thrilling runs . The last one I had a Knit P-38 trailing one of my banged up drones with one engine out. I left it far enough behind my other two to make the 38 stick think I abandoned it. But the entire time I was sitting in the tail gun of the banged up bird.:D

A lot of Knits have a lot of class Ive found. I will second your .

That was a crazy few hours Thunder, we we fighting for the Nits in that area, I remember squadies calling out your Ki's

In that same time period, Bish rolled over 36 with an NOE Mossie Mission,
which i thought was executed very well, you guys took that field within minutes of arriving

Soon after you guys took 36, we coinsidered an NOE attempt at a quick steal back,  while watching the map, we noticed a huge dar bar appear at 36, then vanish...we guessed it was another NOE Mission rolling, and sent scouts to watch 22 and 20 area

about 10 min later a squadie spotted the NOE raid of at least 30 A/C just south of 20, we scrambled our guys, and much carnage ensued!

was a fun night   S`

Saw more Ki-67 last night than in last three tours combined.
When I got into icon range, I really thought "crap" for a moment, because I was flying a 262. And as we all know, the Ki's 20mm is no friend of Mr. Jet ;)

But it was really nice to see that bird in bigger numbers instead of the standard B-24 missions.

Much appreciated, Lusche . :) and I agree. The less used bombers, like the Ki67's, and the Ju-88's need to come out of the hangar more often.

You mean that zoozoo didn't bust the mission?

I was on that noe to 20... great defense knights. it really goes to show how important it is to keep altitude dicipline on noe missions. Kudos to thundregg and falcon23 for the great missions they have been posting lately for the Bishops.

We actually tried to sneak V61? next to 20 when we saw 20 was busted.  I had a goon north of 20 town and headed to V61 in it.  Thndregg deacked it and was killing the single M16 that upped when my door bell rang.

I thought I would only be afk for 30 secs or so while I tld them "NO THANKS"... then again I wasn't thinking it would be a friend of the wife's... grrrr.  I got back and I was in the tower.

Knits had divine intervention with that one.

Ive never thought of using KI-67s on NOE missions. Pretty cool idea now that i think about it. Next time you run one, if you want another stick, do please give me a jingle If Im on-line.
