hello
I was given a older pc and it only had a modem in it .
So i installed a network card, so i could update windows and download video drivers...
I can't connect to the internet. The card seems to be working properly. its sending out peckets but not reciving any...
My other comp is working fine. I m using comcast cable and im connecting directly from modem to pc I went as far as installing the network card in this pc to test it and it does work. also installed the drivers that came with the card.
is there anything i should look for that would give me a clue as to what the problem is?
