Yes rules are subject to opinion and the only opinions that counts here are HTC's. There is always PMs for such a discussion.

WOW, not sure what all this is about, but I've never see MGD act in a discriminatory manner, and the Nightmares are a very inclusive Squad.  That is a word that cuts very deep, hopefully this is something that can be cleared up with a little dialogue.

Or maybe you should be able to break rules to defend yourself, which also kind of negates the purpose of rules to begin with.
