I think this map may be buggy.  there have been several anomalies I have observed that I would like to bring up here to see if anyone else has experienced these.

1.  It appears that an opponent is shutting off his engine during a fight but doing so at inappropriate times, such as when they are on my six, not attempting to get an overshoot.  I asked humble on one occasion if he was cutting power and he confirmed that he was not.

2.  I'm experiencing accellerated stalls in aircraft I know very well and do not experience them in any of the MAs or on other maps in the CT.

3.  I'm running into invisible objects near the ground, hitting trees that may be there but not visible on my monitor.

I thought it might be my machine but when another highly experienced player complained about the stalls I decided to post and see if anyone else was having these problems.

I lost one engine on the A-20 due to lead poisoning, the oil went mid fight. I had a couple of tree kills over the weekend but I saw them. They just seem to present themselfs a bit differently (just like the water) so it throws you off a bit (at least it did to me). FM seemed fine to me....

Fun fights BTW

I've experienced the engines turning on and off thing. Tried to figure out why my opponent was doing it then realized that he couldn't be flying like he was if the engine was off. Funny thing, when it starts up you get the regular engine startup sound.

I attributed it to problems in the game code or weird communication problems (shrugs) never thought about it pertaining to the map.

When you first enter the areana the map looks too much like Florida, that's what I don't like.

What could be wrong with bombing Florida?
