I don't remember any patch saying this was addressed. Just wondering if going to be. Very annoying to finally pop that tiger you've been working  on only to get   an assist. Especially since you only get 15 shots at em with the hurri.

Bronk, thanks for bringing back this thread.  I was about to do the same thing.  We've had a few patches now since I started it but as you say nothing has been done.

A couple nights ago I had a T-34 on a bishop base tearing it up, and I had all these bishop fighters strafing me constantly.  I had N1Ks doing it, Corsairs doing it (not chogs), LA-7s doing it, and for God's sake, Spitfires doing it.  I had IL-2s doing it.

Eventually, after quite a few people had made passes on my T-34 with their onboard machine guns and 20mm cannon (23mm in the il-2), someone made a pass and I got tracked.

Pyro's old post in that linked thread make it sound like tracks accumulate damage, and eventually they had soaked up enough damage that a track broke, and it could have just been from that last .50 cal bullet that pushed it over its damage limit.

For the most part, I regard people who strafe tanks with LA-7s and Spitfires and N1ks and such as kill potatos just trying to steal kills from whoever eventually would kill my tank.

Since we are at it, has anyone noticed that you can hit a osty 100 times in the turret from a tiger and not kill it?
The first hit get it smoking and any other hits do not do anything else.

Doesn't sound wrong to me. After all, a Ostwind turret is completely independent from rest of the vehicle, there is no "passage" (sorry, lack of english words) from turret to the interior of the rest of the vehicle.
In real life, continued hits to the turret should only reduce that turret to a heap of scrap metal, while leaving the rest of the vehicle basically untouched.
