Individual side numbers.   For example...a squad of 10 goes on a fighter sweep in  P-51's and they all choose the same skin, they will all have the same side #.  How about a way of selecting individual or custom identifiers?  Even if its as simple as 1 - 10 and A-Z it would still give a more realistic feel.  Instead of a flight of 10 ponies with side LM - S, it would have 10 unique identifiers.  It's small potatoes, but for me would add even more depth to coordinated flights.  Wouldn't it be about the same as having 36 more selectable squad insignias (1-10 and A-Z)?

The plane ID number is a part of the skin itself.

I can see his point.  It would be great for immersion IF possible.  Couldn't this be done similar to how the squad logo's are placed on the aircraft? Maybe have it available on a few select skins and where the identification would be is a blank place that is filled when you spawn, ala the squad art.
