US Snipers use Bait to attract Iraqi targets

At first I thought this was ingenious as hell, and a good idea too....then I thought about the suck economy of Iraq and how even a non-combatan would be attracted to free weapons and explosives simply to sell the stuff for money to feed pie holes and such.

How many people in this country that saw a stack of anything worth money would not pick it up?

i need some numbers, how many non-combatants have been killed and how many terrorists?


edit, full metal jacket was a anti war movie, don't believe every thing that comes out of hollywood.

That's not even close to right.

It was more like,  "If we shoot at them and they run, they are VC, if we shoot at them and they stay still, they are well disciplined VC."

Then

"You ever shoot any women and children?"

Door gunner says "yeah"

Joker then asks "how can you shoot women and children?"

The door gunner answers "Easy! You just don’t lead them as much HAHAHHAH"

"Aint war hell?"


Great lines, but I am sure mine are a bit off as well, but at least in the same ball park.

If this program is so successful and moral, why don't they set it up in the US to catch criminals?

In the UK, the police plant cars in crime hot spots which are attractive to criminals to break in to.  Then arrest whoever breaks in to it.

They do that here in North America as well.  It's just in Iraq, instead of arresting the individuals they shoot them.
