I hear the fat fairy himself wants to present the Knights Cross with Diamonds and Swords, but Galland won't let 'em in the O'Club...

Awesome to say the least.

Thanks guys.

I'm thinking, as the walk-on "CIC", I should have been paying more attention to global strategy than shooting down the English swine.

On behalf of the Raw Prawns squadron, I'd like to apologise for the sketchy orders and any command deficiencies. Is was our first time running a frame.

Particular apologies to Kermit, I never did get those fighters out there to escort you after the first strike.

And thanks to Dantoo.

All.

No apology is necessary.  Viper61 had a good plan and we ended up getting a 109 to cover our egress which did help.  He killed a hurri and landed with us.  A few more 110s were killed, but 1/2 survived.

A fella who flew with us survived the frame and killed a few objects.

I don't know how the 110s are supposed to kill all those objects.  We only have 2x250lb bombs and weak guns.  If we get more 110s to fly, you can forget about getting proper fighter cover.  Scoring system doesn't seem right at a glance.

Nice job Gorkle.
Time's fun when you're having flies.

Just saw this, nice job Gorkel. :aok

I do believe that is a record in FSO. Add in the fact that you lived.

I guess it was your day. :)

Ahem, I got 11 or 12 in an old FSO (can't find the logs that far back!). But I died though. I jumped the 56th all low and slow in Nikis, was a few years back flying with MAG-33. IIRC one or two others have had 12's as well.

But yeah damn gorkel wtg :)

I can remember 11 or 12 happening, but I don't think anyone has landed them. If I get a chance I will look through the logs to see.

I looked around for the old logs, looks like my kill run was in 2003 (!). God I feel old. Anyhoo that runs logs would've been on the old webtreatz score site which appears to be no more.
