Was wondering if you can ressup a town to get it to come up quicker.

You can resupply the main city, which is the "C" icon on the map, but not a town at a base.

If you land a C-47 on the deck and let field supplies out will it repair the Boat?
Maybe you have to drop them from the air and try to land the supplies on the deck.
