Well, a couple of one of those danish beers works wonders for your flying:

Whatever beer  they sell at 'The Bulldog' in Amsterdam seems pretty darn good.

It dulls the jitters as I make that final turn toward the kill.

Steady trigger finger.

I was looking at that stuff just a few minutes ago at ABC liquor, but decided to go with Maker's instead.  How does it compare? Cuz I don't want to spend $40 bucks to be disappointed. :)

I have a bottle of this stuff thats autographed by Booker Noe who's Jim Beams grandson, I bought it in a liquor store in FL.  I was on vacation there and went to buy a bottle of it and Booker had just stopped in there a few days before and just happen to autograph a few bottles that were sitting on the shelf.

I don't even have to tell ya what I prefer.......

and their are a good bit of players who have endured my speech inabilities while flying toasted.....

usually a good 5th to 1/2 gallon gets me wound up pretty good.....and no, I never am able to recall the next morning all what went on.alas filmviewer is your friend

a few times I'll just sip on some good homemade Brandy or shine , or possbly some gery goose or good scotch

LOL - a drunk thread...I LOVE IT
Hello, my name is ASP and I have a drinking problem....HI ASP!!!
Actually I don't unless the bottle is empty, or I spill my drink - then I have a problem.
Personally I go for a good ol bottle of Jack...we been together so long now, I have the right to call him Jim :D   But in a pinch, I'll pull out my back up - TURKEY!  Wild Turkey 101 baby :aok

But seriously, drinking while playing improves my game play....since I SUCK for the most part.   I'm very easy to spot - I'm the guy that will HO you, or lose all my E, and most importantly - turn at the wrong time and put you on my 6 for an easy kill.   Hello all - my name is ASP and I am a dweeb....HI DWEEB!:D

I used to fly with the Captain and Coke or Jim Beam but my headset mic kept dipping into the glass.

I usually fly with Coors light or Amstel light.

As far as vodka's go that stuff actually doesn't taste good, they just have a great advertising campaign, I've seen more then one blind taste test where they took people who are vodka drinkers and had them taste like 6 or 7 different vodka's and they always rate the Grey Goose vodka as the worst tasting one, and most of these people before they started the test would say that Grey Goose was there favorite vodka, and that they would only drink Grey Goose, so what it is is people are just convincing themselves that it taste good when it actually doesn't.
