How do I uninstall it?

I looked in the HTC folder, nothing was there, I looked on Add/Remove programs, nothing.

Lower the resolution used for textures in the game by using the Video Settings on the clipboard when you've just launched the game, but haven't logged into an arena yet?

Actually I think it's the other way around...

I did not mess with any settings when I installed it. I just went in game.

There is no need to "uninstall." Hires textures only work if you have installed them and you select the video texture size of 1024 in Video Settings from the clipboard before you choose online/offline etc. If you did not reset textures from the default 512 size, you are not running hires textures.

To install the hi-res pack you have to download the hi-rez pack from HTC, install the files on your computer, then start the game. When the first clipboard comes up, you click on "Video". Then you use the drop down box to change from which ever texture size setting you were using to the new 1024 textures.

To stop using them, you start the game, click on the "video", and use the drop down box to change to which ever texture size you want now 512.

As for freezes, check for how many processes you have running ( you kids always have those "chat" things, and music, and porn going all the time :D  ), also check to see how many films you have in your folder. As this file gets bigger and bigger it takes the game longer and longer to find what the next "number" should be which creates freezes when you start a new recording.

Well, I do not have any other processes other than AH open.
And I only have about 14 films (Started out new when I got new account).
The freezing got bad when I installed the Hires pack, and I didn't truly "install it" since I didn't activate it.

Spikes, press ctl-alt-delete to bring up the task manager.  Select the processes tab.  Even while having no applications running whatsoever, widows will be running 18-24 processes depending on your machines hardware and OS version.  If you show more processes than that, it's possible there are processes you can eliminate.

There are a number of processes that will run silently in the background an draw resources away from the game.  Things like auto-updaters, task schedulers, and spyware.

I suggest following up with questions in tech support to investigate your stuttering problems.
