Thanks for the time in the TA last night.  I guess I've still got a lot of work to do.

I do wish there was some sort of damage counter in the TA though as you don't know if what you're taking is critical or not.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

AMEN! Or have it show up in red on the Damage list, even though your wing isnt off.

Great idea!!

Back in AW the training arena would show a plane blow up when it was killed, but then keep on flying as though nothing had happened.  At least players knew when they would have died.

Would be very nice to see what damage would have been caused, even if it doesn't actually happen.

Can this be added to a wish list for the TA, if there is one :)

I suggested the same thing a few months back, add this to your Christmas lists.

You're most welcome. You did very well. The adjustments needed are really minor. I'll PM you with some ideas.

When we fly our 3v1 clinics, we use the honor system to determine if you've been heavily damaged. The only indication is damage to the cockpit glass. If you take a hit to the glass, you turn on smoke (R key), disengage and exit the fight. Once out of icon range, you turn off the smoke and rejoin the fight. This works well, as long as the players don't fudge things. A few have done exactly that. When I review the films and see their cockpit light up like Coney Island, that's quite convincing.

That noted, a hit or damage counter or what Badboy described would be a really useful tool in the TA.
