The Green Mile and The Running Man were also his.  He has written many outside the horror genre.

Don't forget...  "Stand by Me" as well.

One cool SK movie I remember was Maximum Overdrive. I still enjoy catching that one.

The place was packed to the gills with Navy guys. And the whole place broke into applause and cheering when that event happened. The only other movie Ive been to where the audience has cheered or clapped was 300.

Stephen King :rofl
His endings should be refered to in all dictionaries and encyclopedias under the entry for "corny".  "Bull**** writer" indeed.
From Night Flier to Needfull Things to Dreamcatcher to 1408, and every other I've read and watched, the trend never ends.

Correction. A large number of people including myself clapped at the end of Pearl Harbor. Glad it was over.
