Well what we already knew has been confirmed. Steroid use is rampant and some of the biggest names in MLB are users. Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, Andy Pettite.

The Mitchell Report calls for MLB to take action against those that broke the rules and to make the level of punishment fit the amount of abuse. I've also seen several articles calling for Bud Selig's removal as commissioner.

Personally I think they should all be given the Pete Rose treatment and any records stripped.

So, what do you think should be done?
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Completely agree

I grew up idolizing pro baseball players like Nolan Ryan, Ryne Sandberg and Dave Winfield. I'm glad that dream never came to fruition.

Shut it down. Take away their millions and give it to the poor.

Either they all get punished (those proven to have used steroids) or none get punished.
If this goes unpunished, it sends a strong signal to the youth that it's okay to cheat if you don't get caught or if everyone's doing it.

Is this not a children's game were playing? And you're paying to play it? :rofl :rofl

Anyway...Bud already said he wasn't going to take any records away or put asterisks next to them, and the punishment will be based on their story. I hope Miquel Tejada, Roger Clemens, Andy Pettite and Barry Bonds get the worse because they have been role model for many kids. Thank god no big names from my favorite team were named.

It certainly is, but the point being I am not expecting a multi-million dollar contract to do so any time soon. ( I will accept offers)
