I never would've put together the ear ache, jaw strain and stuff had I not seen a few of the posts. Who knew medical advice was just an aviation forum away!
Today was the first day its been better (thank you ibuprofen) and just being conscience of it makes a big difference.
Assuming this huge blizzard we are forecast to get Sun/Mon doesn't cancel my dentist appointment Monday, I should have a new mouth guard to stop the tooth grinding. (I did buy one, but its not a perfect fit.)
