Supposing we could build our own fields...........

Imagine............

That field supplies are split into two different types.......... air field supplies and vehicle field supplies.

That as well as vehicle supplies we can have aircraft supplies.

That if sufficient field supplies and vehicle or air craft supplies are deposited on flat terrain then a small tower + hanger is built with one spawn point on a pad beside ther hanger.

The type of hanger is dependant upon the the type of supply.

For example two sets of air craft supplies would be dropped first. Then two sets of air field supplies would need to be added.

That if  suppplies continue then an ammo dump and fuel dump may emerge and latterly a dirt strip and some radar cover.

Like a CV this field will not appear on the map to the enemy.

Like a CV there will be places where it cannot be made (has to be a minimum distance from other fields )

It will not have remote spawn points (hence may be a bit useless as a Vehicle field) unless it can use a similar coad to the CV coad that spawns LVTs near the shore to spawn vehicles similarly on land a set distance from stuff.

The field cannot be captured but when destroyed it dissappears and must be rebuilt either at the original site or at an adjacent site where there is flat terrain

Then the map will then be dynamic.......... ever changing. It will have initially fewer medium and large fields with space for secondary fields to be built as new bases of operations.

Field numbering would take on the number of the origin field of the first supplies  with a post fix letter a, b or c  eg A19a There could be limit on the number of secondary fields per origin field (one or two) and a limit of the  total number of secondary fields per country.
