My daughter did this for my granddaughter (in one of the pics) but I did post the pics. ;)

It was DIY. She's done something similar for her 2 boys.

My daughter's reply:

"That's funny. :)  No wallpaper, just a lot of taping, paint and time.  Although I almost didn't do it because when I first started Lexi comes in and tells me "Mom. I can do better than that"  I told her she had better leave before I popped her with a paint brush.  Of course that was before I had started on the horses and all she pretty much saw was tape everywhere. ( if you tape, then you can paint over it and pull it off and it gives you the lines)   When I was done she came home from school, ran upstairs and was jumping up and down saying how much she loved it.  So "I guess" it was worth all the work. :)  She just better not out grow horses anytime soon. lol"
