That's the Lex Cralley Brewster built F31A Corsair.
There have been a couple of hassles over Hellcats. One that was recovered off Maine if memory serves that the Navy took ownership of after it was recovered independently. Not sure what became of the one that was recovered of the California coast and was at the Pima Air Museum.
