I did get another pretty special present this year, a new golf partner:

He had a very *golf-like* Christmas, everything from a new cap, to clothes, to clubs and to golf shoes. The shot was taken boxing day.

We play in our first father son tournament on Saturday.

Santa stopped by the Smith & Wesson factory on the way to my house:

Alas, I am probably going to stop carrying my SIG .45 in favor of this, due to its much smaller size, which you can easily see here:

10 rds of .40 S&W is still a pretty powerful package. It is actually 2 rounds more than the 8 rd magazine of my SIG 220, which is a .45

Quite a deal on the gun too, because of a current S&W sales promotion.
