Awesome Yanksfan!

Help me out here, please, as I am a films noob.

1)  What codec format do I need to compress it to so I can send it to friends and they can see it without a AH film viewer?

2)  If I wanted to upload it to webspace so it can be played by anyone I send the link to...what codec format do I need to compress it to?

3)  How do I add voice & music to it like you did?
