Amateur Night
« on: January 01, 2008, 12:51:00 AM »
For those of us that have worked in the liquor business this is known as Amateur Night. I started listening to my scanner around 10pm. So far 18 DWI arrests in Wise County, Texas. The surge should start in about an hour.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

I had to work far too many New Years Eves to even think charitably about it. There are 2 "holidays" I detest, New Years and St. Pat's day. Freaking damn drunks all over the place as if getting drunk was something to be proud of or some kind of an achievement.
