using skin viewer forces cache to rebuild every time ah loads

if skin viewer is opened at all AH will "loose" its cache and it will take the usual amount of time (a long time) for the 3d meshes and textures and a billion skins to be cached all over again for no good reason.

Yep I stoped useing skin viewer for this reason. I either have to wait 15mins for the cache to DL or have mini freezes in game.
