Mash, no worries. I don't take Crockett's remarks as anything to do with Thomas. If it's something that makes America look bad Crockett seems to revel in it. That's why Viking comes to his defense. One America hater taking up for another. Viking I can understand, he just hates America, he doesn't have the self control to do anything else. Crockett I'll never understand his glee in trying and blacken the American eye every chance he gets.

The point being missed here though is. There are a lot of brave Iraqi soldiers and policemen who have been killed in this war. Even if they were Iraqi Army recruits, and even if they do look absurd. At least they're doing something, they're taking a stand. That takes a lot more character and guts, than belittling their efforts and then trying to pass it off as humor.

I'm sorry for your son, but he has nothing to do with this topic and it's a very cheap shot for mushbrain to try and use him in this topic as a atempt to push his personal views. I am also not going to sit here and have you try to tell me what support I have for my country or not.

You can call me an bellybutton or what ever you want, but if you have ever read any of my posts you should be able to tell that I have 100% support our troops, however I despise our leadership. That I'm sorry to tell you is not un-American.

If you want to somehow misconstrue that as being un American.. well then you have no clue what this country really stands for and that's a shame.
