HiTechCreations: ROE's for Special Events Arena?

First, my thanks on behalf of myself and my fellow Buccaneers for the special events arena. Can you shed some light on how we go about scheduling events in there now?  We've been running our TOD series in the main because we've had no choice.  When this series is over, I'd like to set TOD#2 up so it has two sides and run them all in the Special Events arena.  Who will be in charge of moderating/administering the SEA? Who can I contact to set up a scenario?  Will player-run scenarios even be possible, or will they not be allowed?

Excited about the possibilities, and jsut want to know how this will work.  Thanks.
