VMF-251's After Action (such as it was ) Report has been posted.

VMF-251 Buccaneers

Y'know, one would think they wouldn't have to deal with cowardly ack-runners in there. :p

The host goes down periodically, too. I was getting the space from one of our ex-squad members who's sense left the game.

I've been considering getting a new host, but it's hard to argue with "Free" and "No ads."

Although mostly unrelated, I've decided to post this here rather than open a new thread.

VMF-251 has chosen to recognize three additional pilots for their actions during Okinawa: The Final Battle.

Frame 1 was generally an inauspicious introduction to FSO for the Bucs, however trumpman has been officially commended by his squadmates for scoring VMF-251's first aerial victory during Frame 1.

Virtue has been recognized for his actions, downing three enemy aircraft during Frame 2, continuing to return to combat even after the rest of the squadron was out of action.

Although Odee has since withdrawn from the squadron, his ex-mates have chosen to decorate him for downing all three aircraft of one bomber formation within the first few minutes of making contact in Frame 2.

We have an award for a Mongrel if they are the first one to be shot down in the FSO. Not just the first in our squad, but the first one over all. :D We call it the "Speede" award named after our very own speede :)
