You are referring to the Roman Catholics. They are a Pagan religion masquerading as Christians. If you don't get what you want praying to God, send off a few to the Virgin Mary and the Saints for good measure..
A good Protestant Church will only have a bare cross, no images or statues to be glorified, idolised and worshipped.

care to back up your statement with a link or some facts.  I haven't heard of any "bombings" in the name of christ in quite a while.

I do recall more than a few years ago a few abortion clinics being bombed but they were usually performed by fringe groups and the churches themselves disavowed the acts.....unlike islam.

Do you really think that's comparable to the current discussion?

I hardly think these people are Christian nore supported by them world wide.  This is like saying the stupid Westboro Baptist Church is mainstream.

I love how these discussions always turn to comparing Christians to Islamofascist.  Something that's mainstream in one religion to a fringe in another.

But they aren't bombing birth control clinics as stated above.  They are a fringe group fighting (through terror) for independence......not getting outraged because someone drew some pictures of chirst.

Edit:  It also seems this group has not been very active in the last 7 years.  I wouldn't call them "recent"

Don't evaluate the group by the extremists, unless the extremism (by our standards) are their norms.

Clinic bombing is carried out by wacko extremists....period.

One analogy I can't stand is when they find some toothless, uneducated hillbilly to defend gun owner's rights.....all gun owners become judged on the moron.   You never see one of the millions of professionals (doctors, lawyers, engineers) interviewed in such a case.
