SIMPED-F16/C Rudders pedals

I'm very close to ordering these pedals for my Cougar. Anyone out there currently using them?

Can you give me some details on how well they work and if you also own a cougar, how well they work with the cougar. I've also heard they are programmable with the cougar through it's programming program 'Foxy'. Is that true?

Hmm...I'm just wondering why you chose the Cougar instead of the USB version? It's the same thing, plus it works indepent (just in case ) and the control can be switched from linear to exponential or logarithmic.
There is a small increase in price, but if your Cougar is nonfunctional for any reason, the pedals still work...

The usb version doesn't come with toe brakes. The toebrakes are a separate add-on.

From what I've read, I figure having the toe brakes and being able to program my joystick/throttle and rudders with foxy is the way to go. I didn't really see any advantage to having a USB rudder. If my joystick goes down, I wouldn't be able to fly with only rudders anyway, at least not enjoyably.

Thanks, the order page doesn't make that clear. Now I have to find out how the toe brakes are programmed/setup.

Guess I'll find out just how good Dieter has gotten at answering his emails...
