now expats are taken into consideration based on a few things.
What times you get online? as it will be pretty pointless if we weren't online around the same times.
We usually have someone on everyday varying from 09:00 GMT to 23:00 GMT. One of our fundamental reasons for existence is to group together as many people in the same time zone so that none of us have to deal with the US time zone difference.
Plus they wouldn't be able to understand our crazy accents and sense of humoUr. 
lol, noticed that myself about Americanese, there seems to be quite a few vowels missing from certain words, they really could do with a crash course in the English langauage, but overall they're not too bad over here
I'd just be getting home when you boys are logging for the night by the looks of the time difference, the only time it would work is when I get my days off. but then I'd have Mrs iTunes wheeling out the 88's when she saw me reaching for the old Saitek....
Dreading January when it comes, right now I've convinced her to work till 2300 PST, gives me at least 5 hours of game time, now though she has decided to work 6045 till 1500 so she "can be home when I get home and spend lots of time together" Which equates to putting up shelves while my Saitek gathers dust and AH becomes a distant memory... oh well, still got November and Dec!
