I made that judgement by looking at the other shots that were pulled from various websites and cropped, as needed, to remove copyright notices.
That shot was taken on the last day of carrier operations for the F-14 Tomcat, courtesy of VF-31. It was taken from the deck of the USS Theodore Roosevelt by one of a very select number of photographers with the skill and equipment to freeze a supersonic aircraft in flight.
