I have limited time to fly so am looking for a flexible squad, and I need a lot of help/training.

I fly mostly mornings mst.  Monday and Tuesday is when I fly the most.

I'm flying spit 9 right now but flexible as far as AC

So if anyone doesn't mind that I can't fly often, in primetime and that I suck, let me know.

I would recommend 71 ES RAF or USMC even.   71 Eagle Squadron has folks from all over the globe so finding a team mate online would be no problem.

PM or Mail SLED or Krusty1 for more info.

and GL where ever you land. :aok

We (71 Squadron) fly knight and use vox 171. You'll normally find a few of us on when you normally fly. We've got a number of guys who are very open to working with new sticks....feel free to tag along any time you like.

yup, check us out jim, jump on ch 171, knights and fly with us for a while, see what you think.

there are a ton of guys from all over the world so most of the time you'll be playing there are usually upwards of 8 of us euros and the number grows as the US guys get on.

we can train you too :)

Don't know much about using radios either

yeah sure. if you join the channel you can still hear us talking, giving you check 6s etc. to get on the channel make sure you are a knight (if not, type .country 2 into the radio buffer)

then open the radio buffer, and in the dropdown box furthest to the right (labelled V) type 171.

check out the help pages here on the site for more info on how the radio works. :aok

What Biggles sez.  just press the / key and click in the box V then type the numbers for the channel and make sure you click in the Chat box to set it.  Then you can at least hear what's going on.

TEXT is tuned the same way.  Personally I use the Shft+/ channel 2 for Squad text chat.  An added benifit is everyone tuned to that channel will show as highlighted when you press CTL+S making it easier to stay in formations or find your mates on the map even. :aok
