Can it be done?
« on: January 25, 2008, 04:18:33 AM »
I was messing around in the TA just now, and decided to try and take a single b26 through the hanger, like I've done multiple times with various fighters...  (Yeah, THAT bored.. go figure.)

Crashed every time.  I'm starting to think the tail is too tall to allow safe passage...  Can this be done?  If so, anybody have film?

Easy way to tell ....go offline....get your B-26...drive up to the hanger....go external view and see how much clearance you have....how ever much room there is is your margin for error

If you can spawn it in the hangarthen you can fly through it. Some fighters can even fly through the vh, and some others you can fly through the vh inverted :D .

How can you fly through a vh?  Isn't there a back on those hangers, or is there a glitch that lets you go through it.

I've used the FH at least on one occasion to evade several stubborn pursuers in a  conga line long enough for my 4-Hog to build enough speed to jet out of trouble.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

There's an opening on both sides. You must be thinking of the big hagar where you get your planes.

No I was thinking of the vh, weird I don't know why I've always thought the vh had garage type door in the front, and a back to it.
