One of my squaddies made a sight for the B25H. I can lob the big sheels and hit real close from 3.0. I usually break off now by 1.0. Also vs Shermans I dont come straight in anymore. I try to do a curve in at the last second firing and breaking away. Same vs AAA guns.

getting 2k shots on bombers is sooooo much fun with the sherman :D

knocking out whole sets of bombers even better and much more fun:D

i still can't figure out why a goon took 76mm of ap from my sherman to the windshield and lived though....  its happened twice now...:noid :lol :lol

I'm about 90% killing planes in tanks (all types) with the main gun if they are flying straight toward me but that's one nice shot Bat.  I have gotten a couple that way too but it's a pretty lucky shot when you do.

Since everyone here has so much fun killing B25's and other planes with the Sherman, here's something I tried one day for fun and it worked. B-24's were coming in low to our base, I was in a B-25H shooting gvs up so decieded to kill the bombers while I'm at it. Chased him down for a minute or two and started lobing 75mm shells at him from 1.5K out. Got all three bombers with only 10 shots fired :D .

I was attacking a town one day in a sherman with nothing but HE rounds.  I came out of there with 18 kills......17 planes and 1 M8  (note i was not at the airfield so they had to be flyinh at me)

Tonight I used the M4 AAA system, popped Dantoo's tiger twice with my AP Rounds while I was trying to de-ack a field, he ups an Il-2 trying to strafe me and flew by, I wheeled around quickly, spitting a round out at 1.5 popped him climbing away, almost died laughing, 2nd time he ups did same thing, waited till he went by, aimed little higher then him and boom wing comes off.

Gotta say interesting to say least.

Once i took out a plane (forgot what kind) with the triple 8s on a cruiser. It mad an explosion like on the ground in mid air....
