Smithy is just jealous that he sounds 100% like an old squaddie of ours called bigjimuk.

I get excited when i hear his voice only to find that he claims to be a different person :cry in an American squad.

Come back big jim come back!

Yep, the Finnish AH spring meet is on the last weekend of march.  I wouldnt miss it, if I were you! :)

The most affordable tickets would be with Ryanair from Stansted to Tampere, Finland. Its only about an hours drive to the con.

I checked Ryanair.com:

Quote

Thu, 27 Mar 08
Flight   2194
17:50    Depart    London Stansted (STN)
22:30    Arrive    Tampere (TMP)

Sun, 30 Mar 08
Flight   2195
23:05    Depart    Tampere (TMP)
23:55    Arrive    London Stansted (STN)

Total: 103.10 GBP

Not bad!  I'm sure we could organize pick up at the airport for you guys.

More info of the AH spring meeting here: http://forums.hitechcreations.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=223595

See you there. :)

Can you find me a cheap solution to come from Pisa to Tampere? Ryanair doesn't help for that one, schedules are a nightmare.... :(

SAS from Copenhagen direct to Tampere without change in Helsinki on March 27th can be had for 593 DKK (=80 euro). http://www.sas.dk/en/

So if you can find a cheap way to get to Copenhagen...

I'm considering going as well.
