Im kinda new to flight sims, but once i bought Eurpean Air War last year i was immediatly hooked. Ever since i have been trying to find the ultimate world war 2 flight sim. One of the things i didnt like about European Air War was the multiplayer. They did offer dogfights but it only supported up to eight players at a time. To me this just wasnt enough. The one thing i have learned about in First Person shooters online is the more multiplayer options the better.
What i would personally love to see, is matches were whole squadron of German planes set of to bomb the english cities, and the English planes coming into intercept the fighters. Maybe haveing to use a radar type of system to locate the enemy, and vice versa with The English and U.S. Bombers going to Germany. I would love to see Player cooperation and leadership alot more in these games. Dogfights are great, but i think large scale attacks, with haveing to protect your cities or bombers would be and added treat. It would be sorta like capture the flag matches but would require planning maybe in a chat room or via headsets before a battle,. Anyway if anyone knows of a game like this out already please let me know.
