Since Bush gave the middle finger to congressional oversight, I guess it would make sense that he would simply refuse to staff the group that would make sure that wiretapping wasn't violating the law. The judiciary can similarly get stuffed.

Pretty brazen, but completely expected for the administration that couldn't be bothered with the concept of checks and balances.

Don't worry...

Just some 350 days untill Hillary can take over. All the evils of the world will be alleviated.  All will be well and joy will be felt throughout the world.

Evil will be about the only thing not taxed out of existence by hillary and her cronies in congress if she gets in the white house.
